  • Collect, process and describe archival transfers of digital records and media.
  • Catalog and prepare books, pamphlets, audio and video for access.
  • Implemented and manage a digital asset management system, DSpace, including software upgrades and feature development to maintain a responsive and secure system.
  • Developed and maintain 22 digital collections of born-digital and digitized assets to serve both internal and external users.
  • Ensure interoperability and future migration of metadata through implementation of standards: Dublin Core, DACS, and development of local controlled vocabularies.
  • Develop, implement, and revise digital collection policies and procedure.
  • Managed the digitization of core resources to provide access to more than 186,000 pages of historical publications.
  • Developed, and implemented a web archiving program with a quality assurance workflow to collect high quality captures of organizational websites.
  • Monitor digital storage environment to develop storage strategies to secure and maximize the existing storage capacity.
  • Collaborate with archivist to initiate archives outreach activities with key stakeholders including training sessions and on-boarding of new employees.
